Jonrie Home Designs is owned by local Colorado Springs/Falcon area residents as well as husband and wife, Jonathan & Brie.  We started Jonrie Home Services to separate us from our original company, Jonrie Designs which now focuses on custom kids clubhouses & swing sets.  Our new name has us starting in 2018, however we've been doing Licensed Residential Construction work shown on this page since 2009.

Branching off of Jonrie Designs, we have a strong source of references and have worked hard to continue the 'Jonrie' Name, Ownership & Work Satisfaction.
